How SCRweb works
We will provide your website with a Commercial Finance section which will promote the benefits of commercial finance brokerage services to your clients. This can be accessed through a “Commercial Finance” button on your existing website. Alternatively you could use a banner or text link. Our web designers can arrange the access method that suits you best.
Once the button is clicked, the visitor will be taken to your site within the SCRweb sub domain. Whilst hosted by us and linked to our website, the site is designed to incorporate your existing colours and logo which gives the visitor the impression that they are still within your website.
Your SCRweb sub domain would be yourcompanyname.scrweb.co.uk and would include links back to your site. It is also likely that the search engine optimisation and link relevance built into the sub domains would actually refer relevant traffic to your existing site.
For an example of how your SCRweb sub domain may look, see our template at www.template.scrweb.co.uk. Any enquires made through the site are followed up by the appropriate professional within Sterling Capital Reserve Ltd, without you having to do anything.
How does this benefit the introducer?
As the introducer, you receive a number of benefits:
- Commissions rebated to you by ourselves on completed deals
- Details of all enquirers will be passed to you for your own marketing
- This website will generate new enquiries / clients for your services
- Potential and existing clients will not need to seek fund raising services from your competitors
What products can I offer through SCRweb?
A number of related products and services can be offered to your clients through ourselves, these can be summarised as follows:

We recognise that many of our introducers may well already offer some of the above services (eg Financial Services), in this case the relevant service is simply excluded from your tailored SCRweb site.
We are a professional business and it is not in our interests to compromise our introducers by competing against them in respect of any product or service they already offer.
Am I eligible for this service?
This affiliation is limited to:
a) Professional practices where our service complements yours, this is ideal for:

b) Introducers with a commercial and proactive approach to obtaining more income
and more clients.
c) We are looking to limit the number of introducers from each geographic area, so this will be on a first come,
first served basis.
How much does this cost?
Nothing if you use it! But we only want affiliates who will actively use this system to introduce commercial finance brokerage services to their clients.
We do require an initial investment of £100 (inclusive of VAT) to simply cover the time of our web designers in tailoring the template to your website design. We will however rebate this with your first commission cheque!
Where is the catch?
There isn't one! Under this concept you will simply be generating additional income and new clients from potential clients that are currently passing through your website and on to a competitor's website (who may already use SCRweb).
